The Canteen, formerly known as "Florene's Deli", was established in 1988
to provide vocational opportunities for people with disabilities who live at PSH.
A wide
variety of food and drink are available, including fresh deli sandwiches and the
"soup of the day". We serve the residents and staff of PSH as well as the
general public. In 1996 a kitchen expansion was completed to offer a more
efficient work area for employees. A delivery service was implemented and a new
menu and name were added. Located in the Recreation Building, The Canteen
offers a wide array of items with delivery, dine-in, or carry out service
available.
